What if I am requesting special accommodations for an examination in accordance with the American Disability Act (ADA)?
- Applicants who require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act must submit the request with their application. Click here
What if I need to update my name or social security number?
- Name Change updates must must forwarded in writing to PCS (legal proof of name change includes marriage certificate, divorce decree, or petition).
- Any changes to social security number must be submitted in writing to PCS.
What if I need to update my address?
- Candidates may update their address by logging into their PCS account.
- It is a candidates responsibility to update their address with both PCS and the Board Office.
What if I do not receive an Authorization to Test Letter via e-mail within 2 business days?
- Candidates that have been approved by the Board Office and have not received an ATT Letter must contact PCS for further information.
What if I do not receive an Admission Notice via e-mail by the Monday prior to my requested practical examination date?
- Candidates that have been approved by the Board Office and have not received an Admission Notice must contact PCS for further information.
What if I miss or do not attend a scheduled examination?
- Candidates who miss or do not attend a scheduled examination, must reschedule with PCS and pay a re-examination fee.
- Candidates who miss or do not attend a scheduled examination due to hospitalization or involvement in a car accident the day of the examination, may forward documentation to PCS for review.
What will I be expected to perform on the Practical Examination?
