What if I am requesting special examination accommodations in accordance with the Americans Disability Act (ADA)?
- Candidates that require special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act must received prior approval through the Arizona Board of Cosmetology.
What if I had a change of address since I registered?
- Candidates must notify PCS in writing of any contact information changes (address, telephone, e-mail, etc.).
What if I do not receive my Authorization to Test Letter via e-mail within 2 business days?
- Candidates that have been approved by the Arizona Board Office and have not received an ATT Letter must contact PCS for further information.
What if I do not receive my Practical Exam Notification via e-mail within 5 business days?
- Candidates that have been approved by the Arizona Board Office and have not received a Practical Notification must contact PCS for further information.
What if I miss or do not attend a scheduled examination?
- Candidates who miss or do not attend a scheduled examination, must pay a re-exam fee. Prior to contacting PCS, the candidate should notify the Arizona Coordinator via e-mail as [email protected] so that their file can be properly updated.
