The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors has engaged Professional Credential Services (PCS) for application processing, examination administration and score reporting of the engineering and land surveying examinations.  PCS coordinates the examinations.

Professional Engineer (PE) Comity applicants must submit applications, all required documents and fees directly to PCS. PCS will process applications, communicate any deficiencies to the applicant and submit completed applications to the Board for approval.

(NOTE:  Comity is the principle by which one jurisdiction may accede or give effect to the laws or judgments of another Board. Massachusetts grants comity consideration only if the Board can determine that the licensee’s primary jurisdiction licensed the applicant in compliance with Massachusetts’ requirements.)
