The Board Reciprocity application and supplemental documents must be postmarked and sent to the Board by December 1st for the April examination and July 1st for the October examination. Scheduling Forms must be received by PCS by December 1st for the April examination and July 1st for the October examination. It is not mandatory for reciprocity candidates to complete NCEES registration or obtain an NCEES Identification Number.
Late Scheduling for First-Time Applicants:
If you have been approved to sit for the State examination by the Board, but did not submit a Scheduling Form to PCS to be received by the deadline, you may still submit the Scheduling Form to PCS.
PCS will accept late Scheduling Forms along with an additional $75.00 late fee until February 23rd for the April examination and September 6th for the October examination. The $75.00 late fee should be added to the examination fee(s) and submitted to PCS as one payment (money order or certified check).
