You will now complete the Online Application for initial license in the state of Delaware.  If applying to reinstate a lapsed Delaware license, you must submit an Application for Reinstatement of Lapsed License to the Delaware State Board Office (visit www.dpr.delaware.gov - click Cosmetology, then Forms).
