The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, later referred to as the State, is responsible for licensing and regulating the Explosive Blasters and Explosive Limited Blasters. The State has contracted Professional Credential Services (PCS) to provide test administration and score reporting for the examinations of this profession.
