These examinations are administered by PCS every second Tuesday of the month. Completed Scheduling Forms and fees must be received before or on the last Tuesday of each month (two weeks prior to the examination date).

You will select your first, second and third site choice from the list below on your scheduling form. Please note that while every attempt is made to schedule you for one of your choices, there is no guarantee. You will be assigned to the next available testing date. Failure to take the examination you are assigned to will result in a loss of your examination fees. To schedule for a future examination, you will be required to submit another Scheduling Form and examination fee to PCS.
