These examinations are administered by the Tennessee Manufactured Housing Association after the Retail and Installers 15-hour Certification/Licensing Course and the 5-hour Continuing Education Course. The classes for these courses are on Tuesday or Wednesday and the examination is given on a Thursday immediately following the 15-hour Initial Certification for Installers/Retailers Course. The schedule for 2011 is as follows:

March 6-7, 2012 classes; examination on March 8th in Nashville, TN

March 14, 2012 for examination only given in Maryville, TN

May 15 - 16, 2012 classes; examination on May 17th in Bell Buckle, TN

August 21-22, 2012 classes; examination on the 23rd in Bell Buckle, TN

September 6, 2012 for examination only given in Memphis, TN

September 20, 2012 for examination only given in Nashville, TN

November 13-14, 2012 classes; examination on the 15th in Bell Buckle, TN
