EXAMINATION SITES

To locate the nearest authorized testing center, please visit www.psiexams.com or call PSI. In order to schedule and examination appointment, please call PSI at 1-800-211-2754. When calling the toll-free number, please provide your name and identify yourself as a VA Lead candidate.

EXAMINATION DATES

The Lead Abatement Examinations will be offered on a daily basis to eligible candidates on a computer-based testing platform at PSI test centers.


EXAMINATION FEES

The examination fee is $75. Payment must be a VISA, MasterCard or a certified check/ money order, made payable to "Professional Credential Services."

Special Accommodations

To request special accommodations at the test center applicants must complete the ADA Accommodations Request Form and return it to PCS along with written documentation from a proper authority as proof of the disability and verifying the need for the special accommodation requested. The proper documentation required is explained in the ADA Accommodations Request Form. Please allow two weeks for processing of a special accommodation request after PCS has received all proper documentation. PCS will notify the applicant when the request has been processed and when the examination can be scheduled. Do not schedule an examination with PSI until PCS contacts you.
